At approximately 2:45 am this morning the Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Interstate 91 north, in the Town of Rockingham, for a speeding violation. During the stop, it was learned that the operator, Christopher Henry, was operating the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Henry provided a preliminary breath sample which revealed that his blood alcohol concentration equaled .143%. Henry was subsequently arrested for the suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was transported to the Rockingham State Police barracks where he was processed for the violation and issued a citation to appear in Windham County Superior Criminal Court on 06/14/16.
