An investigation into the distribution of Crack Cocaine in Bellows Falls led to four arrests on Wednesday. Bellows Falls Police with assistance from the Walpole NH police executed a search warrant for an apartment at 7 Westminster Street also known as the Stairside apartments. Officer 1st Class Mario Checchi deployed K9 Caesar inside the apartment and alerted officers to the Crack Cocaine.
Police arrested Gary A. Lescord Jr.33 of Bellows Falls for Violation of Conditions after he was found hiding in a closet. Tara M. Villeneuve 29 of Franklin, NH for two outstanding warrants, Robbull Bryant 36 of Brooklyn, NY for Possession of over 2.5 grams of Crack Cocaine and an outstanding arrest warrant, and Darlene Derby 44 of Bellows Falls, VT for the Aiding in the Commission of a Felony.
Lescord was released on conditions per the Windham County Superior Court-Criminal Division; Villeneuve was lodged at the Southern State Correctional Facility on her warrants; Bryant and Derby were also lodged at the Southern State Correctional Facility for lack of bail.
