On 6/19/16, at approximately 1140 hours, Vermont State Police received a 911 call about a vehicle operating erratically, traveling north on Interstate 91. Trooper’s located the vehicle at the Springfield, VT Irving gas station and spoke with the operator, Timothy Ksepka. During a consensual search of Ksepka’s vehicle, Trooper’s located 520 bags of heroin concealed in the headliner of the vehicle. Trooper’s accessed this area by removing the dome light, revealing a natural void in the vehicle. Ksepka was arrested and processed at the Rockingham State Police Barracks. He was issued a citation for Trafficking Heroin, Transporting Heroin into the State of Vermont, and Possession of Heroin. He was lodged at the Southern State Correctional Facility for lack of $1,500 bail.
