Lebanon Drug Investigation Leads to Arrests

On October 6, 2016, the Lebanon Police Department, in cooperation with the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Drug Task Force, arrested Shawn Pixley, age 32, of Eastman Hill in Lebanon for two counts of Sale of the Controlled Drug Heroin, a Class B Felony and Mallory Roberts, age 30, of Eastman Hill in Lebanon was also arrested and charged with one count of Sale of the Controlled Drug Heroin, a Class B Felony.

Search warrants were executed at the defendant’s address on Eastman Hill, along with a vehicle, where over 300 bags of heroin and $2,000 in cash was seized.

These arrests are a result of an ongoing investigation of drug sales taking place in the City of Lebanon. Pixley and Roberts were held on $10,000 cash bail and were arraigned on October 7, 2016 at the Lebanon District Division, New Hampshire Second Circuit Court on the charges and the bail was continued by the Court. The investigation continues and additional charges are likely.
