A Winchester NH woman was sentenced in Federal Court to 10 years in federal prison after she plead guilty to conspiracy to distribute heroin.Twenty-nine-year old Jaclyn Hillow was arrested after a lengthy investigation that determined Hillow was a drug runner for Ross Gould of Richmond NH. Hillow distributed heroin in and around the Keene area. Gould was charged federally with possession with the intent to distribute heroin after search warrants executed at his Richmond, New Hampshire residence and another residence resulted in the seizure of over a kilogram of heroin, a large quantity of cocaine, prescription pills, currency, and 14 firearms. Hillow’s arrest followed a two-year long investigation into the trafficking of heroin and cocaine in the Keene area in one of the state’s largest drug busts.
