The US Marshalls’ Department has joined Franklin and State Police as they continue to search for a Franklin man who is considered armed and dangerous. Ryan Philip Brouillard, age 33, of 21 Pleasant Street was involved in a domestic disturbance and fled on foot, firing his firearm early Wednesday morning. Tactical police units were called in as well as the NH State Police helicopter unit to search in the Pleasant and Prospect Street area. Residents of the area were evacuated for several hours. All residents are back home according to Franklin Police Chief David B. Goldstein.
In a phone interview, Chief Goldstein urged Brouillard to turn himself and said. “We don’t want anyone to get hurt.”
Prior to Wednesday morning Brouillard was last seen at a residence on Chaisson Rd. In Plymouth on 12/20/16 and has an active arrest warrant for violating his parole.
Ryan Brouillard is described as 6’6, 250 lbs., brown hair, green eyes, and last seen wearing a blue hoodie. Anyone who sees Brouillard or knows his whereabouts should call 911.
