Claremont Woman Crashes Tow Vehicle

A Claremont woman crashed a tow car and moving van yesterday morning in Westminster on I-91.  Police say Rowena Cushman 49 of Claremont was driving a GMC U-Haul van and towing her 2005 Buick Lesabre with a dolly, when she lost control and jackknifed into the median.  Heather Herbert, a passenger in the van was taken to Brattleboro Hospital for evaluation as a precautionary measure.  The U-Haul Van and Lesabre sustained damage to the drivers’ sides.  Affordable Towing responded to pull the van out of the median, remove the damaged tow dolly, and the towed vehicle from the interstate.
