First Responders Honored At Enfield Town Meeting

First responders from Enfield, Canaan, and Lebanon were honor on Saturday at Enfield’s Town Meeting.  The responders were honored for a medical call in July of 2016 for Enfield resident and Mascoma Valley High School Athletic Director John Kelly who was found unresponsive at his residence.

The team members resuscitated Mr. Kelly through CPR and transported him to DHMC where he was treated and eventually released.

The following personnel were honored for saving Kelly’s life.

Enfield Police Sergeant Luke Frye, Canaan Police Officer Samuel Provenza,

Enfield EMS Members Richard Martin, Daniel Huff, Michael Mehegan, Charles “Bud” Baker and Kim Withrow, Lebanon Fire Department Members Christopher Simon, Ian Dewey, William Rancourt, Jeremy Dodge and Former Lebanon Police Chief Randy Chapman.

Mr. Kelly extended his deep appreciation to everyone involved.
