MA Man Airlifted After Accident on I-93 North

Shortly after 11:00 am this morning,Troopers from State Police Troop B Barracks and members of the Londonderry Fire Department were dispatched to a reported rollover crash on Interstate 93 North, in the area of the Exit 4 on ramp in Town of Londonderry, NH.

Upon the arrival of State Police personnel found Jeffrey P. Texter 44, of Andover MA entrapped in a gold 2014 Camry.

Texter was semi-conscious and appeared to be suffering from life threatening injuries.  The Londonderry Fire and Rescue immediately called for a medical helicopter to respond to the scene.  Texter was extricated from the vehicle by the and  flown by the DHART Medical Helicopter to Mass General Hospital in Boston for the treatment.  The Camry, sustained significant damage and was towed from the scene.

The north bound side of Interstate 93 was restricted to one lane of travel for approximately one hour and completely shut down for approximately 25 minutes while a medical helicopter landed at the scene.
