VT Woman Charged with Perjury

On March 1, 2017 at approximately 10:30 am, a court hearing was held in the Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division Court.  During this hearing, Ms. Beverly A Waters, 47 of Brookline, after being sworn in by the court officer, was alleged to have lied during the hearing in violation of Title 13 VSA 2901 (Perjury).
