Lebanon Man Charged with Sexual Assault

On April 28, 2017, Lebanon Police arrested Francisco Lino, age 29, of Parkhurst Street in Lebanon on charges of Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault and Simple Assault. The arrest stems from an incident reported to the Lebanon Police on April 10, 2017.
On April 10, Lebanon Police received a report from Valley Regional Hospital of a sexual assault that had occurred in Lebanon on April 9. It was reported that an 18-year-old female had gone with friends to Lino’s residence in Lebanon. The female reported that while at the residence, Lino slapped her several times across the face and used force to make her perform sexual acts. She told investigators that she told Lino to stop several times and the assault ended after a male friend heard the slapping and was able to assist her.
Investigators were able to speak with witnesses and based on all the information gathered, arrest warrants were obtained for Francisco Lino.
Lino was arrested and held at the Grafton County House of Corrections on $10,000 cash bail. He was arraigned at the Grafton County Superior Court on May 1, 2017 and remains held on cash bail.
