Home Invasion with Injuries to Resident in Wilder

On June 27, 2017 at approximately 2:13 am the Hartford Police Department responded to a reported home invasion robbery at a residence on Hartford Avenue in Wilder. It was reported that two male subjects described as white, average height, athletic builds and wearing dark clothing and masks entered the residence and assaulted the male resident with a metal pipe. Two female residents were uninjured. It was reported that the two males left on foot with an undisclosed amount of money. The male resident was transported to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries and released. Based upon investigation, it is believed that this is an isolated incident and that the general public is not in danger. The investigation is ongoing.
