Keene Woman Assists Armed Robbers

About noon on Saturday, The Keene Police Department responded to the area of 50 Marlboro Street for a report of a Robbery, in which it was reported a firearm was displayed and discharged.   The suspects were described as two black males, who fled the scene after securing an undetermined amount of money.  Upon fleeing the home the suspects were believed to have fled the area with the assistance of:  37 year-old Candise Garcia of Keene.

A BOLO for a vehicle registered to Garcia was broadcast.  With the assistance of the New Hampshire State Police, Troop C Barracks, the vehicle was stopped within minutes of the incident on Route 12 near West Street.

The two male suspects were in the vehicle and arrested.   One was a 17 year old out Chicoppe MA.  The other was  20 year-old Vashon Williams of  Chicoppe MA.

All three subjects are currently being held and will be arraigned on Monday July 10th on charges to include Armed Robbery, a Class A Felony. All information indicates this was an isolated incident and there is no danger to the general population at this time.
