A Bellows Falls man was cited for suspicion of DUI at DHMC after an accident sent him and a passenger to the hospital. Vermont State Police say just after 12:30 pm on Thursday, Arah Mills 44, was driving on Rte. 103 in Rockingham when he hydroplaned and lost control of his Chevy Trail Blazer causing it to rollover several times. Neither Mills nor his passenger were wearing seat belts and both sustained severe injuries. Both were transported to Springfield Hospital and later to DHMC for a more comprehensive evaluation. Miller’s preliminary breath test was .103 percent. Police continue to investigate the accident.
