Elaine Frank Receives Pamela Gray Award

Elaine Frank of Newport was named Richards Free Library Volunteer of the Year. Frank was presented with the award at a Tea last week. The Library Trustees created a recognition program for library volunteers.  Each December at a volunteer tea, the trustees award the annual Pamela Gay Award for Volunteerism.
